The Role: Associate Technical Support Engineer

As an Associate Technical Support Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in assisting customers with their custom code, integration, and Salesforce product implementations. Responsibilities:

• Debugging, fixing, and ensuring the resolution of customer issues related to custom code and Salesforce product implementations.
• Developing and maintaining technical expertise in specific areas of product functionality.
• Demonstrating exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Super Badges in Salesforce Administrator/Developer, showcasing your expertise.
• Proficiency in HTML, XML, API, SQL.
• Familiarity with programming languages like C, C++, Java, and concepts of RDBMS and OOPS.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
• Understanding of internet technologies such as firewalls and web servers.
• BE/B.Tech degree with a minimum of 70% academic scores in Computer Science or related branches.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including 24/7 shifts.
