- Operational Planning: Execute operational planning specific to your function to ensure smooth network operations.
- Network Capacity Planning: Assess and plan network capacity to meet customer demands, ensuring a congestion-free network.
- Vendor Evaluation: Assist in the evaluation and validation of vendors to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Engineering Excellence: Dive into the details of engineering for LTE, FTTH, and Enterprise networks.
- Documentation: Create detailed engineering documents for each node and develop monthly operating plans for planned event execution.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.
- Process Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to standard operating processes to achieve our end objectives.
- Continuous Learning: Stay at the forefront of technology by attending technical seminars and webinars.
Education Requirement:
B.E. / B.Tech in any discipline (Certification in Cisco CCNA preferred)
