Job Description: Desktop Support Engineer at Zycus

As a Desktop Support Engineer at Zycus, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their internal IT systems. Here's what you'll be responsible for:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Installing, configuring, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to Microsoft products.
  • Handling technology peripherals such as desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
  • Migration and deployment of desktops and laptops based on company standards.
  • Providing remote support to overseas customers using tools like Skype for Business and Web Ex.
  • Supporting desktop and security maintenance, including virus updates and patch management.

Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MCA/BCA, or MSc-IT.
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.
