Job Description & Qualifications
- Complete the dispute in 2 days and non-dispute in 1 day.
- Prepare daily metrics and assign dispute/nondispute as per Supervisor instruction.
- Take appropriate action on Supplier calls.
- Provide the internal and external SNC access
- Ensure the daily activities are met.
