Job Description & Qualifications

HR Business Advisors works closely with People Leaders to support them in being effective leaders and play the key role of Strategic Business Partner positively to impact the Organizational performance. HBAs provide guidance and expertise in key areas such as performance feedback, employee engagement, career development, and issue resolution supporting the skill-team employees and organization.

Key Responsibilities:


1- Lead Talent, employee engagement, team & organization effectiveness, and handle projects for their respective skill-teams
2- Work with COE’s to develop business solutions for People Leaders and their employees
3- Support the ongoing development of People Leaders around their leadership effectiveness
4- Lead the execution of People and Workforce strategies
5- Advise and support People Leaders on employee relations matters
6- Refer Employees and People Leaders to Shared services for the appropriate delivery model channel to get employee inquiries resolved

Skills Required:


Strategic and Critical thinking, HR Analytics, Project Management Skills
Candidate specification: MBA/ MSW/ or any other equivalent qualification with specialization in Human Resources and 2 to 6 years of prior work experience in HR business advisor role handling diverse customers and delivering projects.


Area of professional exposure (technical skills)

Handled org-wide / skill specific people intervention or projects
