Handle customer queries through phone, email, and chat
Diagnose and solve application issues
Analyse and understand the needs of the customers and provide timely solutions
Conduct product demos, and provide implementation assistance/training to customers
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Should be flexible with all modes of support: email, live chat, and calls
Willingness to work night shifts
