What you'll do...
Global Business Services supporting Indirect Spend Management - Tech. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)team. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary. Also, this position may have to operate in shifts as per business needs from time to time.

What you'll do:
Good knowledge of SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Understand the concept of SAP – SRM’s Organization structure, attributes, and analysis on setting up employee/user. Process requests for new approver modification of shopping carts from various business units, also have sound knowledge of various module integrations. Sync all SAP Procure to pay applications, ECC /Ariba/Material Management. Knowledge of Procure to Pay (P2P), SAP SRM and Ariba Workflow Support Maintain vendors/BP for various business areas. Should be good at defining the business process, business requirements, and process flows. Provide ongoing production support and system enhancements for users. Have minimum knowledge of Service Now and Incident Resolution Should have good logical and technical skills to find the issues and solve them in support projects
What you'll bring:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
0 - 3 years of work experience in Ariba and other Procurement systems would be ideal
Ability to navigate in SAP ECC
Proficient in MS Office
