Job Location: HYD/BLR/ MUM/ GGN/PUN/KOL/CHE

Shift Timing: 11AM to 8PM, 2 pm to 11 pm IST

Position Overview:

The Developer/Integration Support plays a key role in the support, testing and solutions of integrations. This position requires strong collaboration and relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders. The Developer/Integration Support possesses the ability to identify and assess integrations and the overall impact enterprise-wide. 

Required Qualifications:

Provide Tier 2/3 support and regression testing of Workday Integrations

Oversee Integration scheduling and monitoring

Provide solid knowledge of Workday’s object-oriented data model and approaches to integrations (Connector, EIB and Studio)

Provide integration and related workflow solutions within the guidelines of the integration team’s custom request procedures

Create and maintain related calculated fields for integrations; communicate calculated field needs across areas to avoid redundancy and achieve efficiency

Liaison with technical Solution Architects for approach, reviews, and approvals

Work across various platforms that integrate with Workday

Possess strong knowledge/understanding of data governance

Understand and follow defined integration development standards and best practice

Log and maintain tickets
