Eligibility Criteria – 60% 10th & 12th; 7 CGPA or 70% in Graduation

Experience – Fresher or 6 Months - 2 Years of experience in SAS, SQL, Python or R (Mandatory)

Salary – INR 7 - 10 LPA

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role Title: Senior Analyst

Role Summary/Purpose

The selected candidate will be part of the Analytics Acceleration Team (AAT) in the Growth organization. This candidate is expected to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, understand the project requirements and work through the lifecycle to deliver data-driven insights.

Mandatory Skills Needed

Sound Technical (SQL/ SAS / Open Source) and Statistical Aptitude

Strong Desire for Problem Solving in an Agile Environment

Ability to Tailor and Sell Solution / Story to the business stakeholders

Essential Functions / Responsibilities

Execute analytical solutions scalable across partners driving incremental value

Maintain effective communication with business counterparts to understand project requirements

Follow audit processes, documentation, and accuracy guidelines.

Responsible and committed to the last mile execution of projects

Knowledge of statistical tools and techniques like Regression, segmentation, decision tree, optimization

Proactively leverage expertise in the larger team to deliver impact for Business

Work in cross-functional teams in an Agile manner and meet SLA

Works on an equal mix of regular processes, ad-hoc requests & open-ended strategic projects

Open to Learn New Skills that help career growth and enable better solutions

Qualifications / Requirements

Solid working knowledge of SAS, SQL and Excel

Strong articulation, and storytelling skills

Good understanding of Retail Finance business

Experience in statistical tools and techniques like Regression, segmentation, decision tree, optimization

Ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously

Desired Qualifications

of latest Analytical practices in the Industry.

Knowledge of the latest Analytics Data Visualization tools like Tableau

Good to know knowledge - R, Python
