Position Summary
Onboarding- Associate Analyst / Analyst1

Work you will do As an ELE professional, you will collaborate with different teams and act as a talent advisor. Not only will you work independently, but you will also collaborate and work with virtual teams. The onboarding team primarily acts as the ‘face of ELE’ with the internal as well as the external clients.
Your key responsibilities will include
Partner closely with the recruiters and coordinators to understand the upcoming volumes for both campus and experienced hires and build strategies/timelines for smooth and effective onboarding.
•Coordinate with all the other team members internally and with other groups within ELE to drive for quality and SLAs on all deliverables.
•Partner closely with different groups within CTS and all other US teams (Acquisition, Delivery, Operations, L&D, Payroll, Technology, and external vendors) to assign Coach & Onboarding Advisor (Buddy) for New hires
.•Manage the Coach reassignments due to transfers, separations, leave of absence, etc. •Ensure that every candidate has the Deloitte candidate experience and continuously thrives to enhance it.
•Collaborate with the US team to understand talent priorities and help in prioritization and implementation ofprojects.•Implement and enforce high standards for quality deliverables.•
Assists with internal quality assurance/compliance reviews.
The team
The Employee Life-Cycle Events (ELE) team supports the US and USI Talent Acquisition professionals in a variety of core activities. Our ELE professionals manage end-to-end activities for a candidate from application management to the candidate’s onboarding. Our team adheres to established firm standards for quality, service, and delivery, i.e., delivering regular reports within time, checking workflow to ensure timely delivery, etc. The team provides a wide array of services to US and Indian professionals and is constantly evaluating and expanding its portfolio.
Qualifications
Required
•0 – 6 months of professional experience in Talent or related business processes
•Any Undergraduate (BCom, BA, BSc, and BCA)
•Excellent communication skills
•Excellent in interpersonal skills and ability to articulate well
Preferred
•Experience in working on applications like SAP HR, Service Now, Success Factor or other applications in HR/Talent
•Experience working in the HRSS department of a multinational company
•Relevant experience in business process reengineering, work body transitions, and quality controls
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); macro knowledge is a plus
