Key Requirement
o Attitude, eagerness to learn, contribute, and prepared to work for at least 2 years
o Good spoken & written communication skills
o General awareness about IT / Technology trends, Open Source, Banking, etc.
o Engagement in other activities/college initiatives
o MS Office/ emails – assumed to be there!
Project experience
o College Project – an area of work, role in the team, ability to clearly articulate problem and solution
1. Tech/ Developers
- Analytical skills / logical problem solving (puzzles etc.)
- Information Technology – BTech/ MCA/ BE/ MSc Computer Science
o Strong in Computer Science Concepts, including Operating System, DBMS, Networking, Object Orientation
o Programming languages – well versed with at least one programming language – C / C++ / Java / C-Sharp / Python
o Familiarity with IT Applications – Web-based / Client-server / Cloud-based
2. Business Analysts
- MBA with a BTech/ BE
- Strong domain orientation exhibited thru’ internship projects/ electives
- Analytical skills / logical problem solving (puzzles etc.)
3. PMO - Project Manager
- Bachelor’s degree
- MS Office
- Good project/ internship experience

>> QUALIFICATION
· Consistent academics – a minimum of 60% throughout X, XII, Graduation with no backlog.
