Job Description:


Job Title: Enterprise Business Development Manager- Direct Sales 

Work Location: Delhi, Bangalore, and Hyderabad.

We are now expanding the team to reach out to large enterprise customers and this role is key to that. This role involves directly talking to customers and selling in the defined territory. You will work in collaboration with the pre-sales team to deliver a compelling value proposition that helps win deals.


Role Requirements:

·    You will build the sales pipeline using core sales processes to produce revenue in line with quota.


·    You will build long-term relationships with key senior-level decision-makers of large organizations and work in tandem with the pre-sales technical team in supporting their digital transformation using our products.


·     Being a thought leader, you will provide the right context and recommendations to decision-makers through extensive business and product knowledge


·    You will have proven experience servicing India and other countries in the region as this is a must for job success.


·    You should also be experienced in managing and closing complex sales deals and ensure customer success.


·     Collaborate with Zoho product teams and update product knowledge constantly.


·     Experience with other CRM or relevant SaaS vendors will be an added advantage.


·     Manage and track customer and transactional information in a CRM system


·     Experience in engaging with SI Partners/ Tier 1 resellers in the SaaS space would be an added advantage.


·     Executive presence with the ability to present/host sessions in external seminars/conferences would be preferred.


·    You will also be adept at tracking and winning against the competition


·    This role reports to our Global Head of Sales and is an individual contributor sales role.


Qualifications:


·    Degree or equivalent experience in the relevant area.


·    Years of experience: 8-10 years experience in a sales role, preferably in software.


·     Strong communication, organizing, and planning skills.


·    Ability to write and communicate in fluent English and one local language.


·    Salary includes Variable Pay and will be based on experience & Outcomes.
