Job Description

Eligibility Criteria:

2022/2023 Passout Batch Only

BCA

MCA

B.Tech - Computer Science

Commitment:

Candidates need to provide a 36-month minimum service commitment.

Candidates will get an opportunity to do MS from BITS Pilani (Optional and for eligible ones)

after completion of the 18th month in service. Terms and conditions will be discussed later.

Compensation:

For BCA: 3 LPA after successful completion of 6 months paid internship

For MCA: 4.2 LPA after successful completion of 6-month paid internship

For BTech: 4.2 LPA after successful completion of 6 months paid internship

Stipend during 6-month internship: Rs 10,000 per month For BCA, Rs 15,000 per

month for MCA and 15,000 per month for BTech.

Job Responsibilities:

● Create, develop, and maintain new programs or systems

● Do a Quality analysis of the developed system

● You will analyze requirements and envision a qualitative solution with your colleagues and product team.

● Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools

● Meeting both technical and consumer needs.

● Create unit tests to ensure the code is functioning as expected.

● Audit code to identify bottlenecks of performance and fix them.

● Participate in requirements analysis and document the process.

● Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

● Improving system quality by identifying issues and common patterns and developing standard operating procedures

● Enhancing applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendations, and designing and implementing systems

● Maintaining and improving existing codebases and peer review code changes

● Liaising with colleagues to implement technical designs

● Investigating and using new technologies where relevant

● Providing written knowledge transfer material Requirements

● Knowledge of algorithms and data structures

● Strong analytical and reasoning skills with an ability to visualize processes and outcomes

● Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

● Good database knowledge.

● Good understanding of Object oriented concepts
