Key Responsibilities:
P&SQ - Advance Quality
•Technical Review Sign Off Completion
•VAVE coordination and dept report generation
•New/ECN part availability for project milestones
•Monitoring data of production for critical parts
•Line quality issue attendance
•Development status review with the supplier
•Development sample offering to VQA
•To Support Tooling capitalization activity
•Support AQ Engineer for ECN line try-out
•Development strategy execution (Target Vs Actual)
P&SQ Purchase
•Brief study of parts, design, drawing, specification & floating SORs/RFQs to suppliers.
•Prepare all GDC approvals, ESR, and approval backup data.
•Actively involved in the commercial settlement of parts & tooling costs especially taking care of chrome-plated parts commercial individually
•All miscellaneous activities for interior plastics parts handled individually (miscellaneous activities-SOB updation, Part price updation, Usage probability updation, Tax code updation, Reason code change, PO Lock/Unlock, change contract qty )
•Use SAP & PLM for regular purchase-related activities like design details study / PO database etc.
P&SQ Current Quality
•Attend Line Quality issues
•Communicate the issue to the concerned team with Primary analysis
•Prepare daily issue reports
•Sample submission and Line trials for any New / ECN Parts
•Communicate with suppliers regarding quality issues
•Daily report updation, Rejection tracker, Supplier issues analysis
