Your Role and Responsibilities
As part of the Risk & Compliance team, you’ll be a trusted business advisor. You’ll have the opportunity to position IBM for long-term financial growth delivering analysis and providing insight and innovation into the business. You’ll be redefining how we manage our organization and how we work while achieving budgeted targets and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality product.
Responsibilities
As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for activities related to the administration of the new account process, document management, mail support and other responsibilities within the Operations department, while striving to create efficiencies with new and existing procedures.
Establish new client accounts into CRM Database
Follow-up for missing client documents
Generate, merge, and email client welcome letters
Archive & Retrieve documents from the database
Project and administrative support including data entry
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Graduate degree in Finance, Banking or a related field
Working knowledge of MS Office
Ability to process large volumes, in an accurate & timely manner
Familiarity with the Financial Services sector
Good typing speed
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Ability to understand and execute business controls
Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals
Proven change management and be open to it, good time management and working under tight deadlines
