We are looking to hire enthusiastic and self-motivated Quality Analysts & Software Debug Engineers for innovative frameworks/apps/solutions in Zoho.

Prerequisites:

The Selected candidate will act as a bridge between the technical support engineer and the Developer.

Excellent communication, analytical and logical thinking and must have programming bent as well.

The role will involve you to debug the issue which wasn't reported or hardly reported in the testing environment.

Should be able to fix issues with a proper understanding of the code and move further to the deployment team.

This role will require you to wear multiple hats.

Willing to work night shifts - on a rotational basis.

Ability to understand the core business concepts and respond accordingly.
