Junior Business Automation Consultants use tools and technologies to help companies automate their processes. The primary tools are Business Automation Workflow and Robotic Process Automation. In this role, you will learn to help our teams deliver solutions that allow businesses to be more effective and efficient. This, in turn, enables them to strive to be great. Your responsibility will be as a consultant reporting to a project lead who will direct your activities on the project.
Process, Industrial, and Systems Engineers interested in programming have typically been very successful in this role since it combines analyzing the company's processes with programming.
All candidates will be required to take assessment tests before beginning the interview process. The assessment information will be sent separately to candidates of interest.
Job Description/Duties
This is a technical programming position. However, it is not necessary to have technical experience already. You need an interest and capacity to learn.
Develop executable process models in Business Process Management Notation
Implement and automate processes using IBM Business Automation Workflow software. Training will be provided.
Implement and automate tasks using IBM Robotic Process Automation.
Contribute to an external customer project.
Offered CTC: 8 Lacs INR/Anum
Requirements
Required Skills/Experience:
English fluency
Ability to effectively communicate with business stakeholders at all levels
Excellent presentation and writing skills
Strong analytical skills
Must be a team player
Desired Skills/Experience:
Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or equivalent
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML/XPath
Knowledge of BPMN is a plus
