Job purpose:
Responsible for overseeing the complete end to end recruitment process for the assigned candidates
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage different types of candidates at the same time
Well versed in recent Technologies, sourcing & screening of the candidates
Well acquainted with candidate engagement from screening to onboarding
Ensure quality profiles are delivered to the clients at a turnaround time
Maintain proper records of the Candidate data management
Maintain structured records/data of activities performed to draw insights and take corrective actions of the work done
