Role description
The Account Leadership Program (ALP) is the flagship program for grooming and building the account management practice within multiple business units at Mphasis.
Those hired into this program will be put in a cohort where their learning and growth will be actively managed by the ALP program office with direct oversight and involvement from the Business Unit Leadership Team. Graduates from the ALP will be absorbed into the accounts they were aligned to during the ALP and will be expected to take the lead in not only maintaining the high level of delivery excellence our clients have come to depend on but to actively and aggressively grow the business within Mphasis.
Role particulars:
- This role will report to the Service Line leader
- During the program duration, location will be within India. Post completion, location will be based on client base and requirements, which may be domestic or international (US, UK, ANZ)
Job Profile:
- Work closely with the service line leader to actively engage with the client and demonstrate Mphasis service excellence and strong capabilities
- Further penetrate existing accounts by a sizable magnitude
- Bring in new opportunities that were erstwhile untapped and will lead to further growth and profitability
- Develop strong connects and relationships within the client’s organization
Skills
- Proven delivery and operations skills, team handling experience
- Experience managing stakeholders across multiple geographies
- Domain experience in Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Telecom, Transportation or Travel a plus
- Postgraduate in any discipline; Finance major a plus (not mandatory)
- Good communication skills and analytical skills
