Job Description & Qualifications
Handling supplier calls & emails - following the etiquettes appropriately
Daily reporting of count/ status of calls & emails handled
Collate metrics and publish to management on a regular basis
Coordinate within the team for completing common objectives
Work with team for meeting the assigned deliverables
Support with UAT / Testing of the automation initiatives as and when required
Area of professional exposure (technical skills)
*Good working knowledge of systems including MS office tools, Alteryx, etc
*Good oral and written communication with fluency in English language
Education Qualifications
B.B.M., B.Com., CA - Inter, CWA - Inter, M.Com., MBA

1 to 3 years
