Job Description
Customer relationship administration
Liase with the numerous stake holders in the OM delivery sector
Usage of the Customer's tools / Follow up of the Customer's processes & procedures
Meeting Customer's expectations / targets / metrics / Key Performance Indicators
Management of all incoming requests / orders
Manages all non-recurrent requests from management and / or Customer (as per Service Level Agreement).
Knows and uses the escalation matrix (both internally and with the Customer). Management of the backlog (orders and orders related requests)
