Department Overview
The Enterprise Utility Services team across locations provides processing support and enables a follow-the-sun delivery model for wells Fargo that would help us serve our customers faster. EUS teams perform bank operation processes across divisions of WF Home Lending, Wholesale Ops, Wealth & Investment Management (WIM), Consumer and Small business banking & Community banking.
About the Role
You will work as part of Operations under DCCOE Imaging as part of Enterprise Utility Services group in Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.
The Document Management team manages the transition of paper-based documents into electronic formats, manage document/data/image receipt, retention & retrieval; and ensures cost effective secure compliance. The team provides indexing of electronic and paperimages through the Correspondent, Retail and Servicing business channels to support and enhance the customer and business experience
The role of Associate Operations Processor 1 is to identify Mortgage loan documents and Index as per standards and work instructions made to meet customer's needs. He / She needs to have a keen eye for detail while performing the job responsibilities.

Essential Qualifications
- University degree in Business or related discipline
- Strong analytical skills with eye to details
- Fluency in English and Strong communication skills both written and spoken
- Working knowledge of MS Excel is preferred
- Minimum Typing Speed & Accuracy: 30 to 35 (WPM/95%)
- Flexible with working in US operational hours i.e. India night shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Quality-Oriented. Demonstrates high-level of attention to detail meeting deadlines Working knowledge in back office processing experience or its equivalent
- College graduate, preferably in Commerce
- Experience with US transactional processes covering US day i.e. India night hours are highly recommended
