Analyst - Project Management - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

An individual with a good understanding of project management and B2B marketing. Someone who can lead and provide support to Australian Strategic Marketers in delivering marketing strategies and campaigns that enhance the firm’s brand value and propagate its services and products.

An individual who thinks differently and strategically and keeps current on the latest B2B marketing practices. Someone who leads by example in terms of quality of deliverables and relationships across the board to creatively drive marketing campaigns, planning and status reporting.

Skills and competencies

·       Project Coordinator/Lead or PMO Analyst who can ask the right questions to understand needs and goals, challenges the status quo, provides innovative and impactful ideas, suggests alternatives and is able to identify risks and issues within a project

  • ·       Big picture thinker with an ability to manage multiple complex business priorities
  • ·       Strategic mindset to connect the dots from multiple sources of information to address business asks

·       Ability to scope, plan, research, analyze, and present data in intuitive graphical formats to draw meaningful insights

·       Attention to detail with an ability to take ownership, make decisions, and execute

·       Ability to focus on the end goal and quickly adapt to changing business priorities

  • ·       Ability to make connections in a highly matrixed environment, with eye on integration
  • ·       Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint and ability to integrate various technologies to support marketing efforts
  • ·       Persuasive communication skills with an ability to gain consensus

Key responsibilities

  • ·       Support MCBD and Senior Analysts on the delivery of marketing campaigns
  • ·       Efficient project management of these campaigns by working with various internal teams, connecting geography, industry, and accounts to drive impactful strategic marketing outcomes
  • ·       Assist with briefing and scoping of projects alongside Australian-based Marketing Managers
  • ·       Lead project team standups and prepare weekly status reports for project stakeholders
  • ·       Maintain project statuses, deliverables and reporting within project management software (Wrike)
  • ·       Create impactful and targeted insights to help stakeholders take effective business decisions
  • ·       Prepare reports illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text
  • ·       Facilitation of Post Implementation Reviews at the conclusion of projects to gain insights on the success of project team
  • ·       Present analysis on marketing metrics to measure ROI to help focus on priority campaigns
  • ·       Provide innovative approaches, share and leverage best practices
  • ·       Lead by example on innovative approaches and new tools by proactively sharing best practices

Work Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM

The team

The Project Management team serves as trusted project managers to MCBD professionals across Deloitte Australia. MCBD stands for Marketing, Communication and Business Development at Deloitte.

Qualifications and experience required:

·       MBA/PGDM or B.Tech. with a strong understanding of project management lifecycle and methodologies 

·       Good to have knowledge of integrated marketing and communication strategies and how they come together to provide measurable results

·       Experience in managing projects either at a university level, Start-up or internship will be an added advantage

Key Skills:

1.       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

a.       Prepare project status summary reports

b.       Facilitating project calls

c.        Accurately drafted e-mails to Partners and Directors asking for approvals or providing a status report

2.       Project coordination skills

a.       Checking status of deliverables over calls, PM tool or emails

b.       Updating status and comments on Project Management Tool

c.        Flagging risks and issues in project report

d.       Set up calls between stakeholders for clarity on requirements
