Cision Off-Campus Drive - Accounts Receivable Administrator


You will play an active role in supporting Revenue Reporting and Credit Management teams across the combined Social Business Unit and you will also be ready to take full ownership of administrative tasks as outlined below.

What you'll do:

    • Monitoring and verifying the correctness of accounts master data in our customer relationship system and ensuring reconciliation with our Accounting system.
    • Uploading sales invoices through customer payment portals.
    • Responsible for supporting our combined sales teams and finance team with providing relevant financial documents and information to register us as a vendor, including but not limited to completion of vendor registration and payment forms, online registration, send out of KYC forms and questionnaires, etc.
    • Full ownership of customer purchase orders administration including such raised in payment portal assisting Credit Management team with weekly reconciliation of incoming checks from our US customers.
    • Ensuring effective and smooth communication with our internal stakeholders - commercial and business operations teams on a daily basis.
    • Responsible for distributing all emails in the AR generic mailbox to the responsible owner.
    • Assisting in ad hoc requests within the Finance team, ensuring maximum efficiency and scalability of processes.
    • Proactively identify and implement administrative process improvements, enhancements, and optimizations that meet business requirements.
    • Assisting the finance team in projects with relation to the upcoming systems integrations within the combined Social Business unit.

What you'll need:

    • Excellent English speaking and writing skills - Social BU language is English.
    • A relevant bachelor's degree (or higher), preferably in Accounting/Finance, experience in a similar role would be considered a plus.
    • Experience working with common ERP & billing systems - experience with Netsuite and Salesforce is a plus.
    • An analytical mindset with a desire to fulfill tasks in a detail-oriented way.
    • Аn outgoing personality, with a love for proactively tackling problems.
    • The ability to communicate with colleagues and customers from all over the world.
    • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with a keen eye for detail.
    • Strong "can-do" attitude with a positive and enthusiastic approach towards work challenges.
